This is what it’s like working with four leading men according to Ivana Alawi. Here’s what she said.
IVANA ALAWI – “A Family Affair” lead actress Ivana Alawi speaks about her experience having been able to work with four actors.
Gerald Anderson as Paco Estrella; Sam Milby as Dave Estrella; Jake Ejercito as Seb Estrella; and Jameson Blake as Drew Estrella – They are the Kapamilya actors who are working with Ivana Alawi in her new series called “A Family Affair”.
The first trailer has been released already and as early as now, people got excited as to how the story would turn out to be. It is a story of mystery, love, family, and dark secrets. It is produced by Star Creatives. The directors are Jerome Pobocan and Raymund Ocampo which will be broadcast on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, TV5, and iWantTFC. The premiere date is yet to be announced.
And having been able to experience working with not just one but four leading men, Ivana was asked to describe each of them. She described Jameson as a “very baby boy” – very young and innocent. As for Jake, he is the funnier one for her. For her, he is easy-going and very approachable to talk to.
As for Gerald, he was the one who is serious and not someone she can throw jokes at easily. He was very professional accordingly. He was quiet and brooding for her most especially during shooting and whenever he would internalize.
She said, “So, parang ako na nahiya, parang ayoko magbiro kay Gerald because he’s really professional.”
And as for Sam, who was her crush before, he was the one she got intimidated working with. She was able to watch her movies and series before and the thought of him being a senior actor intimidated her. But as she got to know him, he was the opposite of her first impression of him.
“I got the impression that he is very intimidating, pero hindi pala. It was the opposite. He is a very, very nice person,” she said based on a report from Philstar.
