A hardworking man named Janry Alburo of Payatas, Quezon City is just working as a junk collector. The guy was just collecting scraps and junk from trash bins before selling it to the junk shop to earn money.
Luckily, Alburo can usually find money, jewelry, and even mobile gadgets in garbage bins. The scavenger is saving the coins that he can find in trash bins until he was able to save a huge amount of cash.
After a certain amount of time, Janry was able to save P650, 000 and used it to buy a 3.5-hectare lot of Cawayan, Masbate. It was his dream to buy land where he can build his house after quitting as a junk collector.
Unfortunately, Janry and his family have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic, which placed them under the poverty line. He was forced to pawn his land for P58, 000 just to provide for the necessities of his family.
Janry has only two years to redeem his land. The latter and his wife worked hard and even sold barbeques to save money. Alburo was able to save a lot of coins within two years.
