Vice Pres. Leni Robredo Arrives in Magarao Town To Vote

LENI ROBREDO – The Vice President lined up to vote for the May 2022 Elections in Magarao town in Camarines Sur.

Today is the much-awaited day for the 2022 Elections. Both local and national elections are held and many Filipinos woke up early and head to their voting precincts to vote. Every election time, long lines are expected due to the huge number of voters.

Ten candidates are running for president in May 2022 Elections. One of them is Vice Pres. Leni Robredo who is running as an independent candidate. She is the only female bet among the 10 presidential candidates.

Vice Pres. Robredo’s platforms includes fighting corruption in the government, providing safe employment for the Filipinos, and making the services of the government available even for small communities in far-flung areas.

The Vice President tapped Senator Kiko Pangilinan as her running-mate in the upcoming election. He is the vice-presidential candidate of the Liberal Party. The Leni-Kiko campaign rallies gathered thousands of attendees.

The last campaign rally of the Vice President was held in Makati City. Several celebrities joined the campaign event and did performances on stage for free as they show their support and campaign for the Leni-Kiko tandem.

Vice Pres. Robredo is vocal about her gratitude and surprise to the overwhelming support of the people to her. Many supporters and volunteers including showbiz celebrities also did a house-to-house campaign for her.

Today, Vice Pres. Leni Robredo lined up at the Carangcang Elementary School in Magarao town in Camarines Sur to vote. Based on a post of Inquirer, she arrived at her voting precinct at 9:55 a.m. today.

The Vice President’s daughters, Aika and Tricia, also cast their votes in Naga, Camarines Sur. Her youngest daughter, Jillian, has already voted in New York where is studying as a scholar.
