CARLOS SERAPIO’S PLATFORMS – Here are the accomplishments of Carlos Serapio and his plans if he wins the May 2022 Elections.

Carlos Gelacio Serapio is a lawyer and consultant. He is currently campaigning as a vice-presidential candidate for the May 9 polls under the banner of the Katipunan ng Kamalayang Kayumanggi (KKK) Party.

Personal Background:

Carlos Serapio, popularly known as Kuya Charlie, was born on April 11, 1950, in Metro Manila. He said he was arrested during the Martial Law Regime of the late President Ferdinand Marcos. He also works with labor and Christian movements.

Achievements:

Carlos Serapio is the founder and Managing Partner of Serapio and de Castro Law Offices. He is a former consultant for the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs under President Benigno Aquino III and the former lead of the consultant pool at the Office of the Executive Secretary under Noynoy Aquino as well.
