Heartwarming Video of Pinoy OFW Who Pulls Delivery Prank to 9-Year-Old Son Goes Viral
A Pinoy OFW pulled a delivery prank to his nine-year-old son after they got separated for five long years.
A nine-year-old boy named Timothy from Talisay, Batangas loves to shop online. He did not know that his OFW father will surprise him through a delivery prank set by his beloved parents.
One day, a delivery rider knocked on the door looking for Timothy to deliver a package. The kid cried not knowing how to pay the parcel. His mother and relatives joked that he will be imprisoned.
However, the boy didn’t know that there was an even better surprise for him. The kid realized that his 29-year-old OFW father identified as McGerald pretends as a delivery rider to surprise him.
It was the first time that Timothy has been reunited with his dad after five long years. The young boy and Gerald made sure to keep in touch although they were far from each other.
The couple McGerald and his wife Maurine Cerera Ramos came up with the idea knowing that their son is always excited to open parcels.
“Kasi yung anak ko, lagi excited ‘pag may parcel akong dumadating kahit hindi sa kanya. Tapos before, 1 week usually kasi ditto dumadating ‘yung parcel, nag-suggest ako umorder kami ng mahal na mystery box kasi gusting-gusto niyang magka-cellphone,” Ramos said.
After the heartwarming scene, Gerald suddenly kneeled down and pulled out a ring to propose to his partner. The couple tied the knot last March 18, 2022 in a civil wedding.
