“Scorpio Nights 3” will no longer include AJ Raval and this is the reason why.
AJ RAVAL – Famous movie actress AJ Raval gets honest about why she is no longer a part of the movie “Scorpio Nights 3”.
Peque Gallaga’s classic movie “Scorpio Nights” is supposed to have its third installation with AJ Raval as one of the actors but it seems like it happening but without the actress. The launching of the film is targetted March of this year.
To recall, it first premiered in June 1985 and starred Anna Marie Gutierrez, Orestes Ojeda, and Daniel Fernando. In the remake released in 1999, Albert Martinez and Joyce Jimenez were the stars. And the third one will be directed by Lawrence Fajardo. With the popularity of the film, it also had a Korean version called Summertime which was released in 2001, starring Korean stars Ryu Soo-young, Kim Ji-hyun, and Choi Cheol-ho in the lead casts.
As for the third PH installment, it will no longer feature Raval because of some conflict with the schedule. The actress revealed that she has a goal this year and she is aiming to return to school which makes her work stepping down on her list of priorities for this year.
She has to sacrifice the film for her personal plans and this saddened her. Apart from that, she’s also planning to lie low when it comes to doing sizzling roles.
“Nagbabawas na rin po ako sa pagpapaseksi. Napag-usapan na rin po namin ito ng manager ko, ng Viva actually. Gusto ko po talaga mag-action. Gusto ko rin po na makuha yung dream ko na mag-action,” she said.
In a report from PEP, she chose not to reveal the school she will be attending and the course she is planning to take. She believes that she can always come back working in show business unlike in schooling where she feels like she’s running out of time already.
