LGUs Declares Class Suspension Over Parts of PH for Monday (April 11)

WALANG PASOK – Several local government units have declared class suspension in some parts of the country due to the inclement weather condition caused by Tropical Depression Agaton.

Over the past few days, Tropical Storm Agaton continue to bring cloudy to rainy weather conditions over the entire country. Agaton brings inclement weather conditions, which triggers flooding and landslides over some parts of the country.

On Monday (April 11, 2022), Agaton has been last spotted at the coastal waters of Tanauan, Leyte (11.1°N, 125.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 90 kph moving in a northwestward direction.

PAGASA also reported that Tropical Storm Agaton has already weakened into a tropical depression but tropical cyclone wind signals are still up in several areas.
