Dramatic actress Sunshine Cruz is not just one of the most talented actresses we have in the industry but also among the most beautiful. For someone who is already 44 years old, she looks younger. She has maintained a fit body and healthy skin the reason why she probably won’t look her age.
She already has three daughters from her previous marriage but she can pull off any cropped clothes that are trending today. And on social media just recently, she encountered negative comments about her age and was dragged into this is her sister.
The basher called her “lola” or grandmother and reminded her to take her as she might break a bone. Calmly, she responded to this and expressed that she is proud of being 44 and happy and healthy at the same time. She added, “Tbh, I’d rather be a lola than be you. Kumain ka para magkaroon ng nutrition ang katawan at pag-iisip mo. You look frail and hungry. Take care and stay healthy.”
Another commenter called her sister “tigulang”, a Bisaya word for “old” to which she also responded. She expressed that her sister might be old by numbers at 54 but she believes her sister doesn’t look like a 54-year-old woman. While others are taking it as a curse, she believes aging is a blessing.
She believes getting old is a privilege and such a word must not be used to insult someone or make them feel bad because old is not a bad word.
