Aga Muchlach explained his red outfit
Seasoned actor Aga Muhlach was asked about his political belief as he was wearing a red polo shirt during a recent interview on Cristy Ferminute.
Colors have been a huge part of the 2022 elections and celebrities are taking part in this kind of political hype. As Aga was wearing red in a recent interview on Cristy Fermin’s talk show, he was asked if he is supporting UniTeam’s presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos.
Cristy and Aga were talking about the “cancel culture” that is being rampantly practiced now because of the election season. The veteran showbiz reporter asked the actor if his outfit is a hint about the presidential aspirant he supports.
Aga Muhlach laughed and touched the neck area of his polo shirt. “Nagsuot lang ako kasi mago-golf ako after,” the actor clarified. He continued by saying that he acknowledges the fact that people have their own opinions and things they want to believe.
However, he said that it is difficult to speak up now because one cannot easily know what is right or wrong. “Ngayon sa akin indibidwal sa pagkatao ko, pipiliin ko ‘yung nakikita kong tama na gawin not necessarily sa politics ‘no, kundi sa buhay,” the seasoned actor said.
When it comes to politics, Aga said that it is inevitable that people may be polarized by whoever they want to support. “Para sa akin lang, ayaw ko na kasi itong makadagdag ng gulo sa mundong ito o sa bayang ito. So, ‘yung sinasabing cancel culture hindi ko na lang iniintindi ‘yan kasi sa akin I will do my work as an actor and I will do my best to entertaint and to keep people happy and pagdating sa mga gulu-gulo, ayaw ko talagang sumali,” Aga Muhlach explained.
Cristy Fermin agreed with what the actor said. She said that there should respect as anyone can choose who they want to support.
