Here’s the reaction of the father of Ana Jalandoni to the assault incident.
ANA JALANDONI – Lawrence Jalandoni, the father of Ana Jalandoni, is dismayed at Kit Thompson and determined to sue him.
Kit Thompson and Ana Jalandoni made headlines in the last week. This is after reports about the actor assaulting the newbie actress emerged online. Accordingly, he detained her in a hotel room in a Tagaytay but before any further physical pain he could inflict on her, she had been rescued by the authorities.
In a previous article, the actress made her first public appearance on March 28 at a conference. she emotionally expressed her pain and poured out the heavy emotions she’s been carrying. She cried recalling the incident and while she is willing to forgive him, she believes he must face the consequence. She is determined to file multiple charges against him.
Apart from violating Section 5 (a) of the Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and Children Act, they are also set to file frustrated homicide and illegal detention versus the actor. And just as determined as Ana is her father Lawrence Jalandoni.
Her father was present during the conference and he expressed that he is greatly dismayed by what Kit has done to his daughter. Such an incident has never crossed his mind and it deeply pained him as well to see his daughter suffer in return for her real affection for him.
Mad, he expressed based on a report from PUSH, “Pero ‘yung dumating ang ganyang sitwasyon, hindi ko maisip na ganyan pala niya susuklian ang anak ko. Halos mamatay na e.”
