Raging Car Driver Caught on Camera Punching Cyclist During Road Rage Incident

Gapan City, Nueva Ecija – The video footage of a raging car driver who punched a cyclist during a traffic altercation goes viral and elicits comments online.

Nowadays, the Philippine government and the authorities are implementing stricter traffic rules and regulations in the country. The stricter policy aims to reduce the rate of vehicular and road accidents.

However, there are still some hard-headed pedestrians and motorists who continue to defy the traffic policy, which leads to accidents. Sometimes, it also leads to traffic altercation and road rage incidents.

Gapan City Police Station has shared the CCTV footage of a car driver who chased a group of cyclists riding along the road. After a few moments, the motorist confronted the bikers and punched one of the cyclists during the altercation.

According to the police investigation, the car driver nearly hits the biker beside the road prompting the cyclist to curse him. The driver got mad and chased the group of cyclists prior to the incident.

The police authorities arrest the suspect and his four colleagues. The cop recovered undocumented firearms and ammunitions during the apprehension. Carrying firearms is strictly prohibited during the campaign period due to gun ban policy.

Meanwhile, a male teenager in Butuan City passed away after suffering multiple gun shots while playing a mobile game at a covered court. According to the barangay, the victim has records of robbery in the area.
