Vice Pres. Leni Robredo’s Daughters Tricia, Aika Robredo Interviewed
AIKA ROBREDO – The eldest daughter of Vice President Leni Robredo revealed that her mother is really not affected by the bashing.
The May 2022 Election is fast approaching and many Filipinos have already decided who to vote for in the upcoming poll. Currently, the candidates are busy meeting their supporters in different cities and provinces and campaigning to win more votes.
Grand rallies that gathered thousands of people took place in several areas. Undeniably, the campaign sorties of Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan in Iloilo, Cavite, Cebu, and Bacolod hooked attention as they turned the provinces pink with the massive support from the people.
Amid the campaign period, debates and interviews are also taking. This time, veteran talk show host Boy Abunda interviewed the family of the presidential candidates. The Vice President’s daughters, Tricia and Aika Robredo, graced the interview.
During the interview, Aika and Tricia talked about the genuine love of their parents and the lessons they got from them. They also shared how simple their parents are and how they value family time most especially on Sundays.
During his six-year term as Vice President, VP Leni Robredo received a lot of bashing and criticisms. She’s vocal about her realization that not speaking up against the bashing then made the people believe the things said about her on social media.
When asked about what they want to say over the criticisms and bashing against Vice Pres. Leni Robredo amid the heated election, Aika Robredo expressed that the Vice President is really “genuinely unaffected” by the bashing and she has intense focus to get the work done.
“Lugi yung trolls sa kanya kasi hindi talaga siya naapektuhan,” the eldest daughter of the Vice President said. For her part, Tricia, a doctor, said that their mother is really unfazed by the bashing.
Boy Abunda also shared his experience when he has watching the Facebook Live of Vice Pres. Robredo and there was a negative statement. According to the veteran talk show host, the Vice President still read the statement and greeted the netizen who said it. Here’s the interview posted on YouTube:
