Is Nadine Lustre willing to work with an ex-boyfriend?

NADINE LUSTRE – Returning to screen after three years, Nadine Lustre shares that she doesn’t mind working again with James Reid.

Nadine Alexis Paguia Lustre is the Nadine Lustre that many loves. She’s real. She’s honest. She’s aesthetic. She’s deep. But at the same time, she’s also talented, kind, and compassionate. After three years, she is finally back on screen and she’s returned with a movie directed by Yam Laranas.

As she returns, she expressed in a previous article that she is no longer interested in doing love teams and movies of sorts. She wanted to take something different and she’s embracing change to showcase how she does in various genres. And what she is thankful for when he returned is that she was given roles and projects different from the ones she has done before.

To recall, she rose to fame with reel and real partner back then James Reid. However, after a long time of being together, they just suddenly announced their split through an official statement to Tonight With Boy Abunda. Accordingly, the split was a mutual decision for the sake of their growth. What’s good about them is that they were able to maintain their friendship.

James is currently in the United States to pursue his music. And when it comes to the possibility of working again with her ex-boyfriend, the actress has an affirmative response. She is willing to work with him in case they will be given content that they like.

She said based on a report from ABS-CBN, “Si James has been very explorative with all of the things he wants to do. Let’s see. If there’s a good script, he’s probably game to do it. For now, I guess he really wants to focus more on his music.”

James and Nadine have worked together in “Diary ng Panget” (2014), “Talk Back and You’re Dead” (2014), and “Never Not Love You”.
