Billy Crawford will focus his time on his music career
Singer-host Billy Crawford shared that he is set to revive his music career in the international music scene this year.
During the early 2000s, Billy has released songs that were released internationally like Bright Lights, Steamy Nights, and Urgently In Love. It is also known to many that the former child actor is a good dancer.
In 2007, Billy returned to the Philippines for MOVE: The Search for Billy Crawford’s Pinoy Dancers, the talent search that was aired on GMA-7. A year after that, he signed a contract with ABS-CBN.
Currently, he is one of the hosts of Kapatid’s noontime show Lunch Out Loud. A rumor surfaced that the show that is being produced by Brightlight Productions of Albee Benitez is set to go off-air. However, the wealthy businessman, as well as, Billy debunked this rumor.
On March 8, Billy guested on the launch of the new all-girl group Calista, based on the article in PEP. During the event, Billy reiterated that their noontime show will continue to air and the Masked Singer Pilipinas Season 2 is coming soon.
“Meron pa ring bagong programa na kailangang aabangan din ng ating mga Kapatid. At i-announce ko na, why not?” the singer-host shared.
Then, Billy hinted that he will explore the world again. “July to August, I’ll be back sa France. I’ll be there for a good month and a half to do a tour again. “So, I’m trying to reach and penetrate as much as there is to penetrate. It’s a start of a new beginning for everyone,” he said.
Meanwhile, when asked about Calista, Billy Crawford said that this new group has all the qualities needed to be successful in the industry. “They have to work hard, prove to everyone that they are great performers, and they just did. And they will continue to do so. So I pray for more success for Calista!” the singer-host added.
