MMDA Chief Scolds Traffic Violator For Committing Repeated Violation For The Third Time

The MMDA chief Edison Bong Nebrija lambasted a traffic violator after repeating the same violation for the third time.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines implementing the planning, monitoring and coordinative functions along the road concerning purely local matters.

The agency covers the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.

The Facebook page Gadget Addict has shared the video footage of MMDA chief Edison Bong Nebrija apprehending a traffic violator after repeating the same violation for the third time. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the video, the MMDA personnel apprehended a truck passing along EDSA. The truck driver committed a traffic violation for passing at a not designated area. The driver presented a receipt of his driver’s license and failed to show a valid identification card.

Nebrija lambasted and scolded the driver after repeating the same violation for the third time. The
MMDA chief explained the danger of the driver’s irresponsible action. The official lectured him for driving the truck with defective tire.

The MMDA chief also found out that the driver is using a fake driver’s license. The driver explained that he was just ask someone to process his driver’s license.
