Dawn Chang Reacts To ‘Nakipaglandian sa mga boss’ Accusation

Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Dawn Chang reacted to the accusation that she had intimate moments with the bosses of ABS-CBN to boost her showbiz career.

This accusation came from veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin who claimed that Dawn “nakipaglandian sa mga boss”. Cristy made this comment on her program Cristy Perminute after Dawn called out Toni Gonzaga’s decision to host the proclamation rally of the UniTeam of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte.

Because of this, the lawyer of Dawn Chang demanded Cristy Fermin to issue an apology or they will resort to legal action. The legal counsel of the veteran showbiz writer fired back and demanded the actress to apologize as well.

Based on the article in PEP, Dawn has reacted to the accusation that she had to use intimacy in order to boost her career. On Twitter, a netizen directly asked the former PBB housemate if the accusation from Cristy was true. Dawn answered this with “Naghihintay din ako ng pruweba. Ang tagal. Hahaha.”

The actress also replied to a netizen who lauded her for standing up against the “marites”. “Mahirap po kumita ng pera. Pagpasensyahan na natin,” she replied.

On the other hand, Dawn Chang slammed a netizen who told her to stop “makisawsaw” for the sake of her career. The actress said that popularity status has no connection to one’s right and desire to fight for what he or she believes.

Dawn also had a tweet containing her view regarding the “toxic Filipino mentality”. “Pag ikaw ay isang ‘baguhang’ artista, wala kang karapatan. Pag hindi ka sikat, wala kang karapatan,’” she said.
