Lolit Solis has this tirade against Dawn Chang
Veteran entertainment columnist Lolit Solis questioned the showbiz status of former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Dawn Chang after she demanded veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin to issue an apology.
The issue between Dawn and Cristy started when the latter slammed the former for criticizing actress-host Toni Gonzaga’s hosting stint in UniTeam’s proclamation rally. Cristy said that Dawn has no right to criticize Toni.
The Cristy Perminute host even accused the former PBB housemate of getting intimate with the bosses in order to boost her career. With this, Dawn’s lawyer released a statement demanding Cristy to issue an apology. The legal counsel of Cristy fired back at this and demanded Dawn to apologize also.
In line with this, based on the article in Bandera, during a recent episode of Take It Per Minute Me Ganun, Lolit Solis also slammed Dawn Chang. Lolit questioned Dawn’s right to demand an apology from Cristy.
“Kapapasok mo palang sa mundong ito (showbiz) lahat muna tanggapin mo ng constructive. Halimbawa, sinulat ni Cristy ang tingin sa ‘yo ganito, ganyan. E di (isipin mo) ‘ay baka nga ganito kasi sa kilos ko, ganito tingin sa akin kailangan baguhin ko. Mabuti nga, suwerte siya pinagtuunan siya ng pansin ni Cristy Fermin,” Manay Lolit said.
She added that if she is a newbie in showbiz, she will be happy to be a subject of Cristy’s showbiz writeup. “At saka the nerve baguhan ka magde-demand ka sa akin ng apology? The who!? Sino ka?” Lolit Solis stressed.
Manay Lolit also said that it is okay for Dawn to demand an apology if her status in showbiz is like the star status of Megastar Sharon Cuneta, Queen of all Media Kris Aquino, and Regal Entertainment matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde.
