Supporters of Leni Robredo reacted to the recent presidential survey

Pulse Asia is “False Asia”, this was the reaction of the supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo to the recent presidential survey that the polling body in the Philippines has released.

A report from Inquires stated that Pulse Asia’s recent survey recorded that UniTeam’s presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos got 60 percent while VP Leni got 16 percent who got the second place.

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Senator Manny Pacquiao tied with 8 percent while Senator Ping Lacson got 4 percent. After this survey was released, supporters of VP Leni Robredo aired their dismay on Twitter.

“False Asia” became a trending topic on the micro-blogging social media site. They refuted the result of the recent survey. Several Kakampink members, the group supporting the presidential candidacy of the Vice President, showed photos featuring a bunch of people gathering together during campaign sorties of Robredo.

Many of VP Leni’s supporters criticized Pulse Asia and accused the polling body of manipulating the result of the recent presidential survey. Here are some of the comments from Kakampinks.

However, a supporter of the Bongbong Marcos-Sara Duterte tandem of the UniTeam showed the surveys that other polling bodies conducted and the results showed that BBM got the top spot.

Meanwhile, among the vice-presidential candidates, Mayor Sara got 50 percent and she was followed by Senate President Tito Sotto with 29 percent. Senator Kiko Pangilinan, the running mate of VP Leni Robredo gor 11 percent and the fourth spot was occupied by Dr. Willie Ong, Mayor Isko Moreno’s running mate. Senator Manny Pacquiao’s running mate House Deputy Speaker Lito Atienza only got 1 percent.
