Bea Alonzo, Dominic Roque Share Details about their Relationship
Among the celebrity couples in the Philippine showbiz industry now are Dominic Roque and Bea Alonzo. Previously, they shared the same home network, the ABS-CBN. However, the Kapamilya network was shut down due to some issues that led to the non-renewal of its franchise thus it is airing on other platforms now but not on free TV.
In 2021, Bea transferred to the GMA-7 network. During an interview with the Kapuso network in August, the actress admitted that she and Dominic are officially a couple. The revelation came four (4) months after she confirmed that they are officially dating.
Bea and Dominic are collectively called “BeaDom” by their fans and supporters. Recently, the celebrity couple revealed some details about their relationship through the actress’ latest vlog.
During the vlog interview with Dominic Roque as the guest, the couple revealed that one of the persons who played a role in their relationship is fellow actor Ian Veneracion. Bea Alonzo and Ian have worked together in the Kapamilya TV series A Love To Last.
According to Bea, Ian really built up Dom to her. The actor really believes that Dominic is really good for her which led to a point when he asked her if he would encourage or discourage Dominic to pursue her. She was not able to respond so he said that he will just discourage him.
During the vlog interview, Dominic Roque and Bea Alonzo had conflicting stands on what happened next when Ian Veneracion said that he will just discourage him. The actor claimed that Bea tried to stop Ian and asked him to encourage him to pursue her. On her part, she denied the said claim so he called Ian to clarify it.
Ian Veneracion remembered the “encourage-discourage” thing. According to him, when he said that he will just discourage Dominic Roque from pursuing Bea Alonzo, the actress stopped him and told him not to discourage him. Here’s the vlog interview:
