According to the article, the suspects are Malaysian national Owi Jee Hao, 32, HR Manager of Billions of Dragons Company, and Lorenz Vicedo, 26, HR staff of Billions of Dragons Company. The two appeared at the Paranaque City Police headquarters, claiming themselves as RTC process servers, according to Police Chief Col. Maximo Sebastian Jr.

Kaya’t huwag niyo nang tangkain pa dahil hindi natin ito palalagpasin, we will enforce the law without exception,” said SPD Director, Brig. General Jimili Macaraeg.
