Theft Case Filed Against Lolo Narding for Stealing Mangoes Dismissed
The court has dismissed the theft case filed against Lolo Narding Flores for allegedly stealing mangoes from his neighbor.
The theft charge against 83-year-old Lolo Nardo Flores was rejected by the Asingan-San Manuel Municipal Circuit Trial Court, according to the lawyer. He was suspected of stealing several kilos of mangoes from his neighbor in Pangasinan, and the complaint was filed.
“Dismissed na po yung kaso ni Lolo [Hernando]. Humingi ng paumanhin sa lolo sa complainant and then malugod naman na tinanggap ng complainant yung pagso-sorry ni lolo,” James Hernandez said in an interview with ABS-CBN on Tuesday, February 8.
“Kaya nag-manifest tayo with the execution of the affidavit of resistance,” Hernandez added, adding that the court gave him a reason to dismiss the case.

It will be remembered that Lolo Nardo’s detention was widely publicized and went viral on social media. Wendell Ramos, Ryza Cenon, and Christian Gaza were among the celebrities and well-known individuals who were drawn to his situation.
Meanwhile, the caretaker who files case against Lolo Narding Floro clarified that the elderly man sold 10 kaing and not 10 kilo of mangoes. When an arrest warrant was issued against the 80-year-old grandpa in Asingan, Pangasinan, the custodian of mango trees was likewise taken aback.
He noted, however, that the old guy took 10 kaing, not merely 10 kilograms of mangoes. caregiver Robert Hong also begged for an end to the disinformation and threats over Leonardo “Lolo Narding” Flores’ situation.
