2 Alleged Holdup Suspects Died After Encounter with Police Authorities

Two alleged holdup suspects have passed away after having an encounter with the police officers in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Two individuals riding-in-tandem passed away after fighting the police authorities who apprehended them for not wearing crash helmets. The cops eventually discovered that the two was involved in a holdup incident.

The police authorities apprehended the suspects over traffic violation in Novaliches, Quezon City. The cops noticed the two hanging at a dark alley and one of them has no helmet.

PCP 2 Commander P/LT. Francisco Eusebio said that the suspects tried to shoot the cops. The incident leave the authorities but to fight back to defend themselves.

“Noon kinausap na wala na rin silang magawa dahil marami kaming mga nakamotor, bigla silang pumutok ngayon no choice na tayo kundi gumanti sa kanila kaya ganoon yung nangyari,” Eusebio said.

The suspects have been declared on the spot due to the incident. The Quezon City Police District is trying to identify the suspects. The cops received a holdup incident at a gasoline station in Barangay Sauyo.

The culprits stole almost P13, 000 from the gasoline station. The police force impose stricter checkpoints in the area due to the incident. The motorcycle of the holduppers matched to the motorcycle in the description.

The gasoline station employees also confirmed that the suspects who died during the shootout were the holdppers. SOCO personnel also recovered the firearms and stolen cash from the suspects.
