Ogie Diaz Reacts to Jonvic Remulla’s “Bongbong Destiny” Statement

Ogie Diaz Criticize Jonvic Remulla Over Bongbong Marcos Destiny Statement

Talent manager and showbiz columnist Ogie Diaz react to the statement of Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla stating that Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr has the destiny to be the president.

The Cavite Governor has recently made the rounds on social media after conducting an informal presidential candidate survey. Jonvic Remulla took to Twitter to create a poll in which his fans could vote on their favorite bets.

Remulla revealed the results of an internal survey performed from December 1 to 5, 2021 in a Facebook post. Marcos has a 62 percent advantage, according to the data.

In a statement, the governor declared it is “destiny” for presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos to win in the 2022 elections. He even predicted that Bongbong will win by a landslide in Cavite.

“Surveys are a snapshot in time. If the election was held today? BBM will win in Cavite by a landslide. I believe he will win the Presidency in 2022. It’s his time. It’s his destiny,” he said.

Supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo, on the other hand, slammed his statement. It apparently began as a result of the governor’s allegedly deleted tweet about his informal poll, in which Robredo received a high proportion of 81 percent and Marcos received 11 percent.

Meanwhile, Ogie Diaz, a showbiz blogger and talent manager who supports Leni Robredo, replied to Remulla’s statement. The governor was chastised by the talent manager for removing his position.

“Sana, hindi mo na binura yung twitter post mo, Gov. Remulla. Para mas bumilib sa yo ang mga tao. May balls ka naman eh. Nakalimutan n’yo lang po siguro,” he said.
