Grab Rider Being Beaten by Raging Customer Over “Walang Panukli” Goes Viral

A concerned Facebook user posted video footage of a grab rider getting mauled by a customer. In a video that has gone popular on social media, a client screams and punches a Grab Rider simply because it does not have change for his money.
The incident occurred at Taguig, according to the video shared by Mike motovlog PH. Aside from yelling, the consumer allegedly threatened the rider and attempted to harm him multiple times.
According to the videographer, the man allegedly punched the rider, albeit the entire incident was not captured on video. The enraged consumer also keep on cursing the food delivery rider, until more people saw the situation.
A man and the customer’s wife intervened to hold him back until he calmed down, based on the video. Despite being yanked and slapped by the aggressive customer, the rider can be seen remained himself calm and did not retaliate.
The rider claims he has no change for large bills because it was his first customer. Meanwhile, Grab Company has responded to the video, promising to look into the issue.
“Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Rest assured that this consumer behavior is not tolerated on our platform and investigation is already underway,” Grab said in a comment.
