The video footage of a hit-and-run incident in front of a carinderia goes viral online and elicits comments from the netizens.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the major traffic problems in different countries all around the world including the Philippines. It usually causes traffic congestions or injuries to involved individuals. Reckless motorists are mostly involved in vehicular accidents.
The Philippine government is already implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of hard-headed and reckless motorists violating the traffic policy.
The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM Spotted” has shared the actual footage of a hit-and-run incident in front of a carinderia. The video circulates online and garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the video, the white vehicle is about to leave the establishment but a red car parked improperly blocked its right of way. The driver hits and drag the red car and leave the area as if nothing happened.
The video has been originally posted by a netizen named Ryan Mendoza. He is seeking help from the public to find the reckless. Ryan admitted his mistake of parking in an improper manner in front of a carinderia.
However, Mendoza reiterated that the driver’s action can be considered as reckless driving, which leads to damage to property.

“I need help lang po. Na-hit and run yung kotse ko. Baka pwedeng i-post itong video para mahanap yung nakabangga. Yes, aminado ako na may mali sa parking ko kasi bumili po ako ng pagkain sa carinderia. Pero yung ginawa nya naman can be considered reckless driving and damage to property.”
