A kind-hearted man bought his generator set to allow the residents affected by Typhoon Odette to charge their mobile phones.

Last week, Typhoon Odette causes severe devastation over some parts of the country. It causes massive flooding in some provinces and destroyed numerous homes due to strong winds and incessant rains.

A Facebook user named Noel Benjamin Fernandez has shared the photos of numerous residents gathered at a certain spot to charge their mobile phones. The post garnered various reactions from the social media users.

In the photos, it can be seen that a lot of residents have gathered at a certain place to charge their mobile phones and contact their loved ones. A Good Samaritan brought his own generator set so the residents can charge their devices.

Fernandez said that his brother Peking bought his own generator set so his neighbors in Tisa can charge their phones for free. He just want his fellow villagers to contact their loved ones amid the blackout and it is free of charge,
