Toni Gonzaga and Alex Gonzaga shared what are the things they want to change in each other
Actress-host Toni Gonzaga said that she wants to change the “Armalite mouth” of her younger sister Lunch Out Loud host Alex Gonzaga.
Toni and Alex are among the popular siblings in the Philippine entertainment industry. They are known to be very close to each other. However, it is known also to many showbiz fans that even though they are sisters and they are close to each other, they have different personalities.
In a recent interview by Inquirer entertainment columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal, the Gonzaga sisters were about the thing that they want to change in each other. Toni Gonzaga said that she wants to change the too much frankness or candidness of her younger sister.
“What I want to change in Alex is her ‘Armalite mouth.’ Sometimes, she blurts out things that are better left private. Her mouth needs a filter and MTRCB monitoring,” the actress-host said.
For Alex, the thing she wants to change in Toni is the latter’s “stiffness”. “I want Ate Toni to be less stiff, to be more open. She’s such an introvert. She needs to loosen up so people will understand her more,” the younger Gonzaga said.
Meanwhile, Toni Gonzaga and Alex Gonzaga are promoting their Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2021 movie entry titled ExorSIS. It is a horror-comedy film directed by Fifth Solomon.
The Gonzaga sisters shared that they are not pressuring themselves that their movie must be the top-grossing film in this year’s festival. “We just look back at the days when we used to line up in Santa Lucia Mall to watch MMFF movies. Now, we’re just too happy to be part of it, so there’s no room for pressure,” Toni said whose production company, TinCan Productions, co-produced the film with Viva Films.
