BEATRICE LUIGI GOMEZ – Beauty queen Beatrice Luigi Gomez arrived in Manila on Wednesday, December 15 after the 70th Miss Universe.

Crowned Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez represented the country in the 70^th Miss Universe. She was among the crowd-favorites drawing the loudest cheers at the venue.

However, the 26-year-old beauty queen from Cebu City failed to enter the Top 3 but has brought the country to a higher placement in the pageant. In a report from Inquirer, she admitted that she was not surprised that she reached the top 5. “Honestly, I really expected [that] Philippines would have a placement this year because I know how hard I worked and all I ever did was deliver my best,” she said.

Beatrice Luigi Gomez added that her best would just settle for the Top 16 or Top 10 of the pageant. She stressed that she “was really aiming for that crown.”

The Cebuana beauty queen said that there are candidates who are really destined to be crowned. She said, “No regrets po sa performance ko. Para sa ‘kin, hindi po kulang kasi binigay ko po lahat. I’m just very proud of what I did.”

In a previous article, Bea said that she was satisfied with her performance in the pageant and that included the Q&A portion. Beauty doctor to the stars Vicki Belo reacted to her answer. She described Bea’s response as “brave” and “unmemorized.”

Beatrice Luigi Gomez has returned to the country 2 days after the Miss Universe pageant. On Wednesday, the MUPH organization uploaded photos and videos of the beauty queen’s arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport 3.

Bea was welcomed at the airport by her fellow Navy reservist. Wearing a black and white fit, she received a warm welcome with PH flags, flowers, and cheers from Pinoys.
