Desperate Mom Breaks Hearts of Netizens After Sacrificing Own Life Just To Save Child
SALCEDO, ILOCOS SUR – A desperate mom has sacrificed her own life just to save her beloved child from drowning in the river.
Most parents are showing their unconditional love for their beloved children. In fact, they are willing to do everything just to provide and give the necessities of their kids just to make them happy.
Parents also sacrifices their own comfort and happiness just to give their kids a comfortable life and a brighter future. They can even sacrifice their own life just to ensure the safety of their children.
A woman from Salcedo, Ilocos Sur passed away after attempting to save her child’s life. The lady found her 10-year-old child drowning in the river so she immediately jumped into the water without any hesitation.
Unfortunately, the woman named Jonna Alcantara Monar drowned after saving her young kid. Several rescuers immediately respond to the scene of the incident and tried to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation to save the lady.
However, the heroic mother did not make it and died due to the incident. The river has a depth of about eight feet, according to the police investigation.
Meanwhile, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources collects over 6, 000 pieces of ‘Dap-ag’ or crown-of-thorns starfish causing damage to the coral reefs in General Santos City. The coral reefs serves as home for the marine species.
