Here’s what Angelica Panganiban said about the controversial poster of her recent project.
ANGELICA PANGANIBAN – Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban excuses herself over the controversial poster of “The Kangks Show”.
“The Kangks Show” is a reunion project of actress Angelica Panganiban and director-writer Antoinette Jadaone. The series will be aired through WeTV Philippines. Other casts of the series are Maris Racal, JC de Vera, Kit Thompson, Angeli Bayani, and Nonie Buencamino.
This is the third collaboration of Panganiban and Jadaone following the films “Beauty in a Bottle” and “That Thing Called Tadhana” in 2014. Also, this is the first project of the actress after she announced retirement from doing television series with a nightly broadcast.
And just recently, a raunchy poster featuring the actress has been released online. From the looks of it, the poster seemingly hints at a naughty and phallic kind of storytelling. The mini-series is about the story of Doctora Kara (Panganiban) and TikTok show host Cassandra (Racal).
The poster showed the actress in a very adventurous and teasing pose. She has nothing on her body and the sensitive parts were teasingly covered with just the title of the series. In an Instagram post, she talked about this and said:
