Here’s the emotional birthday message of Dingdong Dantes for his eldest child Zia.
DINGDONG DANTES – Zia Dantes just turned six years old and Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes has this beautiful message for her.
Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes and reel to real Primetime Queen Marian Rivera were blessed six years ago when they welcomed Zia into their lives. Zia just recently turned six years old and in an Instagram post, her father, Dingdong, became sentimental because this is the first he was not there with her to celebrate her special day.
The Primetime King posted their father and daughter moment performing the song, “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by Elvis Presley. Zia sang the most part as she did the strumming while her father did the chords. Also, a part of the Instagram post is his heartfelt letter for her as she turned a year older.
“Dear Z, For the last six years, this is the first time that I haven’t had you under my armpits for this long. I can just imagine how your Lolo Jigg felt when he worked [on] a cruise ship for one year in HKG when [I] was around 8 years old,” he wrote in the caption as he can now relate where his father felt while he was far away from them.
He added that what’s just making him be at peace is the thought that Zia is safe and happy at their home with her mother and brother. And this particular video he shared where they are singing together just makes him miss her even more.
“Don’t worry, when i get back home, we’ll definitely make more memories with these after-dinner songs, which will come after your regular animated storytelling of how your day had transpired,” he assured her. And as he came near to ending his letter, he expressed hope that someday “you’ll understand why Dada isn’t with you on this special day.”
Meanwhile, to celebrate her birthday, Marian threw a party for Zia. She shared a photo of her flashing a huge smile for the camera. She wore a cute red outfit and she’s being surrounded by cakes and balloons.
