Jackie Forster reacts to issues hurled against his son Kobe Paras and this is her statement.
KOBE PARAS – Jackie Forster slams news online website for spreading false rumors about her son Kobe Paras over his Japan B-League contract.
Currently in Japan is Kobe Paras who is playing for Niigata Albirex BB. However, just recently, news has emerged online saying his contract with the Japan B-League team has not been renewed. As per the rumors, it was because he is “pasaway” the reason why he was not able to have a renewal.
It added, “Nagagalit kapag pinalitan. Ayaw sumunod sa play. Hindi team player at tamad dumepensa ilan lamang sa mga reklamo sa 2nd generation cager.”
Jackie, who’s always been the protective mother of her children, flinched at the issue. She reacted to it and said that if they must, they should have given the source of the story to prove that it is true. She knows as a mother how this false story can affect her who is currently away from her.
“Please share your source, I’m curious as to whom would say this all the way from Japan that would be willing to jeopardize what they have been working on,” she said. The former actress then added that she would like to talk to the source along with the agent of her son regarding that matter.
She also stated based on a report from PEP, “Otherwise please don’t post things that could potentially taint or scar a persons reputation and mindset. Rumors destroy people. Specially their mental health. You may hear from my lawyer if you cannot prove accusations you post on social media. I will be checking my inbox regularly.”
