Customer Expresses Dismay After After She Found Snakes Inside Delivery Package
A lady customer found two snakes inside her delivery package after opening the parcel she ordered online during 11.11 sale.
A Facebook user named Are Jhae Libunao has shared the disturbing photos of two snakes found by his big sister from the parcel she ordered online. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the social media users.
Libunao said that his sister ordered a folding bed from a popular shopping platform during the 11.11 sale. The customer opened the parcel last Saturday (November 13, 2021) and got shocked after she saw the reptiles inside the package.
The customer’s colleagues immediately struck and killed the snake and captured the smaller one. Libunao expressed his disappointment regarding the incident and immediately reported it to the management.

A spokesperson from the shopping website Lazada Philippines has released a statement regarding the incident:
“Lazada is actively working with the relevant parties including out customer to investigate the incident. We are relieved that they are safe, and out priority is that their physical and mental well-being is looked after.
We thank our customer for bringing this to out attention and we continue to encourage the public to help flag such incident to us. Together, as a vigilant community, we can help maintain a safe and secure online shopping experience for all.”
