Here’s a tour of the house that will temporarily shelter Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola while their dream house is still being built.
LUIS MANZANO – Married couple Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola give their viewers a tour of their temporary house in their latest vlog.
For around two years, couple Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola found a home that will shelter time within that time because their dream house is still in the process. They found an ideal home for them – not too small and not too big. They went to five houses and the one they choose is the most ideal to their taste. It is a 4-bedroom rental home with a wide garden area. According to them, the wide lawn outside is one of the best things about it because they have dogs.
“Ayaw din namin ng sobrang laki na bahay eh kaming dalawa lang naman,” says Jessy.
They started their house tour in their foyer, to their living room, and the powder room. There are yet a handful of empty spaces they are yet to fill in but what’s dominant in the walls and corners are the art pieces and paintings that Luis has collected through the years.
His art collection included pieces from artists Erwin Borlongan and Ramon Orlina. A swirling staircase will take you up to the second flood of the house. It has the master’s bedroom, the “cloffice” of Jessy, the guest room, and a storage room which they are planning to turn into a baby room.
When it comes to matters like home renting, Jessy advised newly-married couples like them to not give everything or spend too much on the house they are renting. They also have to make sure that the home is comfortable for them and avoid spending too much while their dream house is still being built.
