According to Eleazar, the two have been arrested and are facing criminal and administrative charges. Eleazar went on to say that the PNP is ready to take action against any of its employees right away.

“They are now detained and are facing both criminal and administrative cases. This is proof that the quick action of the PNP is normal in responding to complaint against any of our personnel,” he said.

During the initial investigation, Magsino allegedly invited the young woman to their apartelle. After that, Magsino allegedly left the room and left the woman asleep.

Marquez, on the other hand, allegedly entered the room and tormented the victim. Fortunately, the victim awoke and was able to flee right away. The victim promptly reported the incident to the authorities, which resulted in the two being arrested.

Eleazar informed the victim that they will protect her from any potential harassment from the suspects, who may try to persuade her not to file a lawsuit. The two individuals have been arrested and charged with harassment at the Rodriguez Police Station.
