Netizens Praised Generous Couple for Giving Boy Kalakal a Brand New Guitar From
TUGUEGARAO – Boy kalakal received a brand new guitar from a kind and generous couple who owns a music store in Tuguegarao City.
The photos of a young boy who received a brand new guitar from a couple who owns a music store in Tuguegarao City immediately spread like a wildfire online and earn praises and admiration from the social media users.
The generous couple identified as Marta and Valentin Lim narrated that the kid named Jan Mark Garcia is regularly collecting cardboards, bottles and junks together with its cousin and brother.
According to the couple, the young boy even asks for used ‘karton’ from their shop. One day, the boy asked Marta to trace a ukulele on a cardboard so he could make one out of ‘karton.
Jan Mark has been already making objects out of cardboard and trying to imitate other items, according to his cousin. The boy also asked for a damaged guitar but the couple doesn’t have one.
“One time po, nag-request siya na i-trace ko ‘yung ukulele sa karton para daw gagawa siya ng ukulele made out of box. Nabanggit din sa akin ng pinsan niya na kaya niya talagang gumawa ng mga bagay-bagay mula sa karton,” Marta said.
Marta and Valentin have decided to give Jan Mark a brand new guitar as they wanted Garcia to learn how to play guitar. Marta said that it was their early Christmas gift for the junk collector.
“Sabi ko palit kami, bigyan ko siya gitara tapos gawan niya ako ng pang-display na gawa sa karton sa studio ko,” Marta said.
