Man Stabbed LGBT Member Who Allegedly Touched His Private Part in Aklan

A member of LGBT died after a man stabbed him to death when he allegedly tried to touch the man’s private part during their drinking session in Aklan.

The victim was identified as Ronnie Tamboong, 48, a resident of Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro who was temporarily residing in Barangay Gibon, Nabas, Aklan, according to the report. In an article by the Radyo Bandera Roxas, Tamboong is a member of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community.

Meanwhile, the suspect has been identified as Raymund Salvador, 32, of Libertad, Antique, who is also temporarily residing with his aunt in Nabas. According to the police investigation, the victim allegedly touched Salvador’s private parts multiple times.

The police report added that the culprit becomes enraged as a result of the LGBT member’s malicious act. The victim was completely unaware that Salvador was carrying a knife and still continued to touch him.

As a result, the suspect suddenly stabbed Tamboong in the neck and other parts of his body with a “sanduko” (knife) that resulted in his death. After the stabbing incident, the suspect did not flee. The suspect, on the other hand, instantly surrendered to the authorities.

Salvador is now in the custody of the Nabas Municipal Police Station. The suspect will face charges as soon as possible. The family of the victim, on the other hand, has not yet released any statement regarding the incident.
