Cebu Wedding Coordinator Accused of Scamming Couple Before Scheduled Wedding
Another couple from Cebu City has expressed their frustration and disappointment after their wedding coordinator scammed them.
The couple Leira Mae Pino and Jeznel Lorenz Tano sought the help of the police authorities after their wedding coordinator identified as Jayson “Jhaycie” Villasan Saramosing reportedly scammed them.
The two paid at least P200, 000 for the reception venue, church preparations, supplies and services needed for their wedding day on October 23, which is schedules at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral.
Unfortunately, Pino and Tano said that they could no longer contact the wedding coordinator. The couple last contacted Saramosing on September 27 (Monday) after giving further instructions for the special event.
However, Saramosing could no longer be reached on Tuesday morning (September 28). The culprit’s number could not be reach and his Facebook account has been deactivated.
The lover last saw the cording on September 23 during their prenuptial shoot in Boljoon town, southern Cebu. The coordinator even informed them about the release of payment for videographer and photographers as well as wedding supplies.

On September 27, Pino received messages from some netizens who were scammed by Samorosing. She immediately contacted the suspect they failed to do so after deactivating its social media account.
Leira contacted the wedding suppliers, church and reception bookings and discovered that Samorosing did not book the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral for the scheduled wedding.
“It was not easy for me because everything that we had was hard-earned money and we did not ask for help from anyone. We did not even ask for help from our parents because we wanted to take care of everything. And he does this to us? It’s never easy,” Pino said.
