Update on Carla Abellana, Tom Rodriguez Wedding Preparations
CARLA ABELLANA – The Kapuso actress spoke on the preparations for her upcoming wedding with actor fiance Tom Rodriguez.
No one is exempted from the “new normal” setting that the COVID-19 pandemic brought the Philippines and many other countries abroad. Not even the highest officials in the government, the most popular celebrities in the showbiz industry, and the wealthiest people in the business field were able to escape the changes that the current situation brings.
For a lot of people, many dreams were put on pause. There are goals that will still happen but they require double efforts amid the new normal setting now. These things include wedding preparations.
Among the popular individuals who are set to officially tie the knot soon are Kapuso stars Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana. Their wedding is set before 2021 ends.
Based on an article on Balitambayan, Carla Abellana admitted that it is quite harder to prepare for a wedding amid the pandemic. She stressed that they don’t have full control over the situation around including the protocols and the decision of the government which affects everything.
Meanwhile, Carla stressed that she and Tom are able to work things out for their upcoming wedding. They are set to officially tie the knot in November.
Both Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez are currently on separate lock-in tapings. She is working for the upcoming TV series, To Have and To Hold, while he is part of the romance-drama TV series The World Between Us which is set to be back on air in November.
TWBU is currently on a season break as part of the effects of the unstable situation now. The production decided to have a season break to avoid risking the safety of the people and as well as compromising the quality of the show.
