The Licenses of 2 Kamote Riders in Money Race Accident will be Revoke – LTO
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced that they will revoke the driver’s license of two (2) “kamote” riders involved in a money race accident.
According to LTO Regional Director Atty. Alex Abaton, two motorcycle riders who were caught racing on a public road would be issued a show-cause order. The driver’s licenses of the two people involved in the unlawful race will be suspended or revoked, he said.
“We will be issuing show cause order/summons sa mga involved diyan for revocation/suspension of their driver licenses for blatant violation of traffic rules and regulations,” he said.
This is due to flagrant disregard for traffic laws and regulations. Abaton also stated that they are aware of the whereabouts of the two motorbike riders who were part of the money race that ended in an accident.
“Nahanap na namin yong mga involved diyan, idedeliver na mga summons sa kanila,” Abaton revealed.
