Heartless Suspects Ruthlessly Beheaded 4 Dogs in Davao del Norte

Local authorities in Davao del Norte are on the hunt against heartless suspects who beheaded four (4) dogs and place them with a pose.

A netizen recently posted photos of four butchered dogs lying on the street, their heads adjacent to each other. According to a report by Ratsada Balita GenSan, the province’s Barangay San Miguel Igacos has already set aside a reward of P15,000 for anyone who can identify the perpetrator.

Suspects Beheaded Dogs in Davao

Captain Dionn Phillip Heramil of San Miguel Barangay has given a prize of P5,000, and a certain Sir Jimmy has offered a reward of P10,000 for anyone who can identify the criminal. The puppies were ordered to be thrown out because they were riddled with lice, according to the initial investigation.

When confronted, the owner, however, denied doing the beheading. The authorities in Samal, Davao del Norte, are presently chasing the suspects in the beheading of four dogs who were still stuck on the road, according to an Abante story.

The defendants could face prosecution under the Animal Welfare Act, according to Dionn Phillip Balatero Heramil, chairman of the stated barangay. Meanwhile, Bantay Hayop Davao criticized the event and promised to assist in the probe.

“The viral photos of 4 puppies around 2 to 3 months old that started yesterday was a shocking sight, painful, unacceptable and unforgiveable. Karumal-dumal. Isang kawalang respeto at kawalang dangal,” they said on their Facebook post.

“Masahol pa sa isang halimaw ang gumawa nito at sa tingin namin ay hindi ito normal. A person capable of doing such a psychopathic act and display it for others to see is a work of a criminal that cannot be simply allowed on the loose,” the group added.
