Guy Stabs Drinking Buddy in Batangas After Physical Confrontation
CALATAGAN, BATANGAS – A certain guy stabbed its drinking buddy in Batangas after having an exchange of heated of argument.
Over the past few decades, drinking sessions or “Inuman” has been already a part of the Filipino culture and tradition. It has been already a part of every occasion such as birth parties, weddings, anniversaries, graduation and other events.
However, some drinking sessions lead to physical confrontation resulting into unfortunate incidents. Drinking buddies and friends usually flight after having an argument while under the influence of alcohol.
On Monday (September 6, 2021), the Calatagan police reported that two friends fought each, which leads into a tragic incident after having a feud. This type of incident has been happening for decades.
The police authorities identified the 39-year-old suspect as Rido Feliciano and the 33-year-old victim as Christian Solis. The incident happened at Barangay Poblacion 2 around 7:00 pm while the two were having a drinking session.
The two friends have an exchange of heated arguments, which eventually leads into a physical confrontation. The suspect lost his control and stabbed the victim on his chest and back using a bladed weapon.

Both suspect and the victim have suffered injuries due to the incident. The two have been rushed to the hospital but Solis passed away while heading to Calatagan Hospital.
Meanwhile, Feliciano is currently confined at the hospital but he has been placed under the custody of the police. The investigation is still on-going continues.
