Here’s What JM de Guzman Wants To Say To His Character in Init Sa Magdamag
JM DE GUZMAN – The Kapamilya actor gave a message for his character in “Init sa Magdamag”, Peterson Alvarez. Here’s what he said.
One of the 2021 television series that hooked a lot of avid viewers is Init Sa Magdamag. The said ABS-CBN drama soap opera stars Gerald Anderson, Yam Concepcion, and JM de Guzman.
Gerald plays the character of Dr. Christopher “Tupe” Salcedo. He was accused of being involved in corruption as his father was associated with politics and it tainted his relationship with Rita Macatangay, played by Yam Concepcion. She is a nurse.
JM de Guzman plays the character of Peterson Alvarez. He grew up almost wasting his life until he met Rita who was then heartbroken by her breakup with Tupe. Peterson changed himself and he gave the credits to Rita who became his wife.
The married life of Peterson and Rita was full of butterflies until an accident took place and it left him unable to give his wife a child. It was a struggle on the part of Peterson not to be able to give Rita a child until he decided to convince her to go for an IVF procedure.
Initially, Rita disagrees with it knowing that she and Peterson have yet to fix their marital issues. As for him, it is the solution to their problem. He was able to convince him and the donor was Dr. Tupe Salcedo.
However, Rita’s pregnancy was expectedly not able to solve their marital problems until they reached the point of him hurting her. They separated and she gave birth to Baby Andrew. Doc Tupe returned to the life of Rita as he helps her in her situation.
Init sa Magdamag is currentyly down to its last few episodes. Before it will air its finale, JM de Guzman gave a message for his character, Peterson Alvarez. On Instagram, the Kapamilya actor thanked his character for all the learning on “what not to do”.
