Gretchen Barretto Sends Lolit Solis An “Ayuda”
LOLIT SOLIS – Veteran columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis revealed former actress Gretchen Barretto sent her an “ayuda.”
Lolita “Lolit” A. Solis is a Filipina entertainment reporter, tv host, and talent manager. She is well-known for her frank commentaries on different showbiz personalities in the country.
The veteran columnist recently went viral when she called Fil-Am actor Gerald Anderson a “gentleman” for wanting to apologize to new Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo. She also called him a “lady killer” following the revelations of actor Janus del Prado, who’s a close friend of the actress.
Lolit Solis once again trended on social media after revealing that former actress Gretchen Barretto sent her an “ayuda.” In a post on her Instagram account last August 28, she talked about an incident in their home that made her worry.
According to the 74-year-old columnist, the roof in their home started leaking and the light in their garage also stopped working. Due to that, she felt “very poor.”
“Naku Salve, dahil umuwi ng province sila Mel at kami lang nila Cel ang naiwan sa bahay, taranta kami. Tumutulo ang bubong, nasira ang ilaw sa garahe, naku talagang buhay very poor ang feeling ko,” she said.
Lolit Solis revealed that around 7 pm, Gretchen Barretto’s help arrived. She said they received rice and canned goods. At one point, the columnist expressed feeling helpless over the whole situation since no one could help her look for an electrician or a carpenter.
“Kaloka talaga, sobra sabay sabay. Helpless pa naman ako dahil wala si Mel na dapat maghanap ng karpintero at electrician , eh emergency naman kasi. Huh huh, Salve at Gorgy, ipaabot nyo ang malaking Thank You ko kay Gretchen Barretto na isinali ako sa listahan ng binigyan niya ng ayuda na in fairness ha, mga imported canned goods na hindi tipid, talagang marami. Plus bongga ang bigas, top of the line at class A,” said Lolit.
Last year, Gretchen Barretto slammed Lolit Solis about businessman Atong Ang and the controversial money amounting to P150,000. The former actress refuted all the details she shared on social media. She said she sensed “desperation and coercion” which doesn’t fancy.
