The weather agency also advised the public to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms due to the effects of the intertropical convergence zone.
The coastal water condition over western section of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao as well as the rest of the country would be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
