Pinoy netizens replied to the Filipino caption that Vanessa Hudgens wrote
Filipino-American actress-singer Vanessa Hudgens shared a video on her Instagram with this Filipino phrase caption and this caught the attention of her Pinoy followers.
Vanessa has been open about her Filipino roots. She would share in interviews things about her Filipina mom Gina Guangco. Her father is Greg Hudgens. On her Instagram account, she often shares photos and videos with her mother as well.
Vanessa started her showbiz career in 1998 and she used to be a singer in musical theater. She rose to fame when she got the lead actress role in the movie High School Musical with Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale.
The Fil-Am celebrity also ventured into recording and released her first album in 2006. In 2020, the sequel of her Netflix movie Princess Switch: Switched Again was released.
Just recently, Vanessa Hudgens posted a video on Instagram. In the video, she was dancing along with the music. The actress-singer wrote “Mahal kita (green heart emoji).”
This received a reply, apparently, from her Instagram followers who are Pinoys as they answered “mahal din kita or I love you too.” Here are some of the comments.
Meanwhile, Vanessa recently shared this video of her mom having fun at a party. She said that her mother would be embarrassed as she posted the video. However, she called her mom “ICONIC” because the crowd was cheering for her when they were leaving.
Several Instagram users who commented on this video of Vanessa’s mom said that she is indeed amazing. One user even called her “legend” and another one said, “She’s the greatest” while the other commented, “she’s the life of the party.”
