The crime took place inside the live-in partner’s home, according to the Balamban Police Station report. When the suspect left the inquiry, he discovered the victim’s neck was supposedly full of hickeys.

Mathin, the victims’ 14-year-old son, awoke to his parents fighting until he only heard gunshots. The kid ran inside the room and was astounded to see the victim bathing in her own blood, while the suspect is also bleeding in front of them.

The two were rushed to the hospital, but the victim was pronounced dead while the suspect was still being treated there. Prior to the occurrence, it was discovered that the victim had left the house and told her partner (suspect) that she would take care of her travel documents.

When she got home the next morning, however, the suspect was surprised to find the hickeys in her neck, prompting him to shoot her. The crime was motivated by jealousy, according to Police Corporal Ruskm Salado of the Balamban Police Station.

The suspect was found with a .357 caliber revolver and two rounds, which he used in the shooting. The suspect is being held in a hospital, and the case is being prepared for filing.
