The two were seen on camera in the living room of the residence they broke into looking for something to steal. However, the house guard, a large dog, arrived, and the robbers bolted.

One of the burglars even left his footwear in the midst of the two’s haste. The event occurred on the night of July 24, according to the homeowner, Noel John Cachuela Ravelo. They allegedly left the house door unlocked, allowing the robbers to enter.

Their dog, fortunately, was in the living room at the time. The robbers did not take anything and have already reported the crime to the authorities. They also aim to alert local citizens to the presence of respectful thieves in their neighborhoods.

Because of its friendly and approachable nature, many people prefer to acquire a dog as a companion. There are, nevertheless, some circumstances in which dogs’ animal instincts are displayed.

When there are persons with malicious intentions, dogs have the instinct to guard their families and valuables. Just like this family dog who foiled a robbery attempt.
