Drunk Friends Stabbed Man to Death for No Contribution in Drinking Session
A drinking session turned into a heinous crime after drunk men stabbed a man to death for allegedly not having a contribution.
In San Jose Del Monte, a 44-year-old man who did not contribute in the drinking was stabbed in the neck by two drinkers. The two arrested suspects were named as Jeric Pienpiong, 26, and Benjamin Pienpiong, 46, while the victim was identified as Roberto Cano, they are residents of Barangay Sto.Cristo.

The incident occurred in Sitio Bacood, Barangay Sto Cristo, according to the SJDM police report. During the drinking session, the suspect Jeric and the victim argued that no one contributed to their drink, according to the initial investigation.
According to the allegation, they followed the victim home after he said goodbye and stabbed him in the neck. The suspects made a hasty retreat toward the Quirino highway.
Locals noticed the stabbed victim, who was covered in blood, lying on the road. The victim was taken to the San Jose Del Monte City Hospital, but he was pronounced dead there.
As a result, the police and some Barangay Tanods rushed to the scene until the offenders were apprehended. One of the knives used in the crime was discovered. The suspects are now in the police custody and have been charged.
