Jay-R has this reaction to the kissing scene of Mica Javier and Gerald Anderson
Kapamilya stars Gerald Anderson and Mica Javier had this kissing scene in the series Init Sa Magdamag and this received a reaction from the latter’s husband King of R&B Jay-R.
The said hit series of ABS-CBN also featured JM de Guzman and Yam Concepcion. Also included in the cast are Joey Marquez, Tetchie Agbayani, Aleck Bovick, Nikko Natividad, Alexa Ilacad, Gab Lagman, Albie Casino Kate Alejandrino, and Mark Oblea.
Mica gave life to the character of Paulina in the series and in one scene, she kissed the character of Tupe who was played by Gerald.
In a recent interview with Kapamilya Chat, Jay-R was asked to react to the scenes that his wife did in the series. The singer commended the acting skills of Mica. “Ang galing mo mag-acting kahit na walang dialogue no,” Jay-R said.
Then, the kissing scene that Gerald Anderson did with Mica Javier was shown and the latter’s husband was surprised. “What? What is happening? What is going on? I hope you brushed your teeth after that. I hope you ate a mint,” the singer jokingly said.
The singer added, “I don’t know. It was cool. Okay lang naman. Reaction? It looked, parang hindi nagtagpo eh, ‘di ba? Parang, okay lang sa akin. Chill lang.”
After this reaction of Jay-R, his wife explained that it was just a camera trick since they are in a lock-in taping due to the pandemic. “Uy pandemic ito nung time na shino-shoot namin itong taping namin. So bawal ‘yun di ba sa protocol,” the actress said.
Her husband said, “Buti na lang.” Mica said that she would always tell Jay-R if ever she will do an intimate scene in order to be transparent to him as eventually, he will see it somehow and somewhere.
